We are thrilled to announce the launch of our annual Summer Reading Program, themed “Adventure Begins at Your Library.” This summer, we invite readers of all ages to embark on a thrilling journey filled with books, and activities designed to inspire a love of reading and exploration.

Our Summer Reading Program kicks off on June 1, 2024 and runs through July 31, 2024. Registration is free and open to all community members. Please stop by the library to register. Registration ends June 10, 2024.

Program Highlights:

• Exciting Challenges and Activities:  Participants can earn grand prize entries and prizes by completing reading prompts and weekly adventure themed activities. Track your progress with our special reading logs available at the library. Teens and Adults may track their progress online at www.charlesgibson.readsquared.com.
• Interactive Choose-the-Adventure stories will be available in the kids and tweens areas.  Participants can vote for various options all summer long. 
• Grand Prizes: At the end of the program, participants will be eligible for exciting prizes, including gift cards, books, and other surprises. Prizes will be drawn during our Wrap Party, August 1 at Woody’s Bowling Center.
